With 24 years of professional experience, Mr. Staples is responsible for building technology distribution, reseller and ISV networks, staffing subsidiaries for technology companies, fixing broken and inefficient distribution networks, negotiating large-scale high-end software solution sales, regionalizing and implementing enterprise architecture, ALM Enterprise Architecture sales and services strategy, overseeing the revenue and profit responsibilities for the Rational Systmes brand in Latin America, developing the business partner network, growing business in Latin America and assuring compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley standards. He attributes his success to his hard work and to his strong executive presence with excellent communication and client management skills.
