BYRAM, MS, April 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Adrienne S. Hamby, President of Alliance Insulation Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in marketing and public relations.

As the President of Alliance Insulation Inc., Adrienne S. Hamby is responsible for estimating, customer relations, overseeing 10 staff members and administrative duties, and hiring employees. During her senior year in college, she conducted studies to develop a scale to measure anxiety within adults across the lifespan. She became involved in her profession because of her strong desire to lead and her experience in sales and marketing. Mrs. Hamby believes everyone is responsible for their future and that no one deserves success. It's something difficult but possible to achieve if one believes and never takes no for an answer. She attributes her success to her emotional support from family, words of wisdom from her father, determination, vendor relationships and knowledge of the industry. She lives by the words of her favorite poet, Henry David Thoreau, "To get what you've never had, you must do what you've never done."

Mrs. Hamby received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Mississippi College with Honors in 2004. She is a former member of Psi Chi National Honor Society.
