James Bickley celebrates four years as the Executive Vice President and Partner of the Counselor Resource Group, LLC

With four years of experience as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Partner of the Counselor Resource Group LLC., James' primary responsibilities within Counselor Resource Group are centered around the management of business development initiatives, pricing, and profitability thresholds. In an effort to maintain focus in the industry, James also supports the managers for the respective sales teams company wide. Much of the support James provides to the sales teams help him work with his management team to create new market strategies, partnerships, products and services, which not only embody the core philosophies of Counselor Resource Group, but also the future direction of the company. James' industry knowledge and expertise is centered around the lifecycle management of Electronically Stored Information (ESI), specifically Electronic Discovery processes and methodology centered around the principles that have been created to uphold the standards of the Federal Rules For Civil Procedure (FRCP). Most of the Electronic Discovery consulting he provides is centered around Antitrust Litigation, 2nd Requests, and corporate compliance related to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. He became involved in his profession after gaining experience as an intern for Morgan Stanley Dean Whitter, and he attributes his success to the support and guidance he's received from his parents, wife, and lifelong college teammates and friends.

Mr. Bickley was a student athlete at the University of Maryland where he studied Government and Politics with a concentration in Business and Health Sciences. He is a member of U.S. Lacrosse, Inc. and the Association of Litigation Support Professionals.
