With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Kozloski specializes in customer service. She oversees external operations including public relations and relationship development. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to work in the insurance industry, and she attributes her success to her determination.

Ms. Kozloski received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 1985. In her spare time, she does charity work for The Kids on the Block, Inc., Friends of the Zoo, McKamey Animal Care & Adoption Center and The Salvation Army. In the future, she intends to recruit more people and expand the company.
