Ms. Charest-Demato develops care programs for patients with brain injuries

NEW YORK, NY, October 26, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Paulette Charest-Demato, Founder and Director of Brain & Body Alternatives, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in health care.

As founder and director of the nonprofit organization Brain & Body Alternatives, Inc., Ms. Charest-Demato is responsible for networking, marketing and developing small-scale brain injury programs, and raising funds. Ms. Charest-Demato has been involved in the field of disabilities for more than 35 years. During this time, she has developed and operated programs for adults and children with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. She also has extensive public affairs and community relations experience.

Ms. Charest-Demato studied health care services administration at New School University and holds a bachelor's degree in history from Stony Brook University. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with traumatic brain injury, autism, cerebral palsy, stroke, and other injuries to the brain. In years to come, she plans to continue her work as a public speaker and community educator, eventually entering the field of blog talk radio. She hopes that her organization will become a complete resource for anyone with a brain injury.
